Challenge: Implementing a Digital Marketing Strategy to Boost Visibility Online

Ocean and Art Therapy makes and sells ceramics, as well as offering art therapy workshops and is run by Cate Golder.

My big block with my business is marketing. I have had a website up for approximately 18 months and social media accounts for longer, but they haven’t been working for me. I wanted help with becoming more visible in the online space. Additionally, I needed some support with an easier and less time-consuming accounting system.

Solution: Implementing a Digital Marketing Strategy and a User-friendly Accounting System

The marketing mentor worked through the issues with my Google business account and talked me through Meta Business Suite whilst we were in our sessions.

The accounting mentor walked me through some easy to navigate templates and ideas to help manage my finances better. Having separate accounts for different things and budgeting better. She offered a wonderful easy to use template.

Results: The Business is Now More Visible Online

The business is now more visible online. I have had some clients find me through a google search! I have increased my social media presence with more regular posts through the ease of Meta Business Suite, now all my posts with appear on both Instagram and Facebook without the need to post separately. I can see clearer now regarding finances because I have applied the simple budgeting tips.

Also working with someone who has been there before, knows your struggles and can relate to the challenges is helpful in not feeling alone.
