Melissa Strutt is the chief executive of Roobix, which she founded in 2014 as a modest startup at the age of 28. A few years later, she successfully executed the acquisition of Titan Digital - Perth’s largest digital agency at the time. Over two years, Melissa led Roobix in increasing client satisfaction and retention from below 50% under Titan Digital to over 90% under Roobix in 2020. Melissa attributes the success of Roobix to two things: the company’s dedication to providing a safe, supportive working environment for staff and its commitment to genuine, results-driven marketing solutions, a rare find in the industry.
